Chad Hallock is the visionary behind the Budget Blinds concept and has served as chief executive officer of the company since its founding in 1992. Chad is responsible for the overall planning and direction of the business, and primarily focuses on franchise sales and consumer marketing. Chad possesses an unwavering optimism, a tireless work ethic, a comprehensive knowledge of the business, a genuine concern for people, and the confidence and determination to succeed. His values are characteristic of many successful business owners, including many of Budget Blinds franchise owners.

A veteran of the industry, Chad started his career as a lead generator, salesman and installer for another window covering company. It didn't take long for his dedication and initiative to pay off. Chad had become the company's youngest Senior Vice President at 20-years-old. He was involved in virtually every facet of the business, including strategic direction, operations, training, franchise development, marketing, sales and finance. Within four years of joining the company, Chad helped grow his former company from three employees into a thriving franchise corporation with over 130 franchises and $20 million in annual sales.
